Who We Are

We are a small, family-led team with a hands-on approach, focused on practical housing solutions. We believe housing should be financially attainable and that people should have access to both ownership and rental options in welcoming neighbourhoods.

Our model uses a land-lease structure that separates the cost of the home from the cost of the land. This lowers barriers to ownership while ensuring homes are durable, efficient, and built to last. Each home is Canadian-made and factory-built in Ontario by HCS Contracting, a Cambridge-based builder known for high-quality modular construction.

Our developments create thoughtful neighbourhoods that provide more housing choices than traditional subdivisions, without the scale of high-rise development. This approach expands housing options for residents while respecting the character of the surrounding community.
